Una segunda definici\u00f3n es el Marketing Digital, tambi\u00e9n conocido como Mercadotecnia Digital, tambi\u00e9n se puede definir como el conjunto de actividades que se ejecuta en l\u00ednea con el objetivo de atraer nuevos clientes, crear relaciones y desarrollar una identidad de marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, el Marketing Digital trata de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Encontrar nuestro p\u00fablico correcto: es posible que busquemos un rango de edad espec\u00edfico para nuestro tipo de marca, por ejm, un p\u00fablico entre 20 y 40 a\u00f1os que vive en la zona del Bierzo, otro ejm, personas entre 18 y 30 a\u00f1os solteras y sin hijos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entender y atraer: tenemos que entender a ese p\u00fablico y atraerlo, \u00bfcomo lo hacemos?, mediante publicidad en redes sociales, campa\u00f1as de email, Ads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtener rentabilidad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fidelizar: fidelizamos porque si el cliente est\u00e1 satisfecho, este cliente va a volver a comprar, nos va a recomendar, nos va a defender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buyer persona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto necesitamos conocer a nuestro cliente ideal, para ello tenemos una herramienta denominada <strong>Buyer persona<\/strong>, que se trata de una representaci\u00f3n semificticia de nuestros clientes ideales, ayud\u00e1ndonos a definir cual es la audiencia a la que queremos atraer y convertir, y sobretodo, nos ayuda a humanizar y entender con mayor profundidad a nuestro p\u00fablico objetivo.
