Cuando estamos gestionando cualquier pedido, podemos enviarle a nuestro cliente mensajes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos configurar estos mensajes predefinidos para no perder demasiado tiempo en contestar manualmente a dichos mensajes, ya que si son pocos los pedidos, quiz\u00e1 no haya problema, pero si son muchos&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos generar tantos mensajes como necesitemos, para ello seguimos la ruta <em><strong>VENDER -> Servicio al Cliente -> Mensajes de Pedido -> A\u00f1adir un nuevo mensaje de pedido<\/strong><\/em>.
