Gesti\u00f3n del Servicio al Cliente en PrestaShop 8"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Para gestionar el servicio al cliente en Prestashop entramos en nuestro Back Office y seguimos la ruta <em><strong>VENDER -> Servicio al cliente -> Servicio al cliente<\/strong><\/em>, donde encontraremos una gesti\u00f3n de tickets con mensajes del cliente que nos env\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los clientes pueden enviar sus comentarios desde el mismo pedido que han realizado, o bien los clientes y los no clientes, desde el formulario de contacto pueden enviar sus comentarios, que aparecer\u00e1n en la p\u00e1gina de Servicio al cliente de nuestro Back Office.
