Gesti\u00f3n de Facturas de Abono en PrestaShop 8"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de hacer la devoluci\u00f3n debemos hacer la factura de abono, para ello tenemos que dirigirnos directamente al <strong>pedido del cliente<\/strong>. Dentro del pedido tenemos dos campos, <em><strong>Devolver productos<\/strong><\/em> o <em><strong>Reembolso parcial<\/strong><\/em>. Si lo que queremos es devolver el pedido completo, tendr\u00edamos que elegir el primer bot\u00f3n, si tan s\u00f3lo es uno o alg\u00fan producto de un pedido el que queremos devolver, elegimos la opci\u00f3n del reembolso parcial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez elegido que producto se desea reembolsar, hay un campo que indica si queremos que el producto vuelva al stock de productos, el campo se llama <em><strong>Reingresar productos al inventario<\/strong><\/em>, si tenemos marcada esta casilla, el producto volver\u00e1 a nuestro almac\u00e9n. Esto es importante saberlo porque si el producto est\u00e1 defectuoso no es aconsejable tener esta casilla marcada. De esta forma no se sumar\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n encontraremos la casilla <em><strong>Generar factura de abono<\/strong><\/em>, que activaremos en caso de que deseemos hacerlo. Adem\u00e1s tenemos la opci\u00f3n de <em><strong>Generar un cup\u00f3n de descuento<\/strong><\/em>, que se suele hacer por si el cliente est\u00e1 descontento por lo que ha pasado podemos compensarle con un cup\u00f3n de descuento para pr\u00f3ximos pedidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si hemos activado la factura de abono, cuando entremos en la ficha de <em><strong>Documentos<\/strong><\/em>
