Gesti\u00f3n de Clientes en PrestaShop 8"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Para gestionar nuestros clientes accedemos dentro del Back Office de nuestro Prestashop al men\u00fa <em><strong>Clientes<\/strong><\/em>, dentro del cual tenemos las opciones <em><strong>Clientes <\/strong><\/em>y <em><strong>Direcciones<\/strong><\/em>. Pulsamos en la opci\u00f3n <em><strong>Clientes<\/strong><\/em>. Dentro de la p\u00e1gina de clientes encontramos un listado de los clientes que tenemos en nuestra tienda. Cuando instalamos un <strong>Prestashop<\/strong>, por defecto el CMS instala 2 clientes, lo que vamos a hacer es crear un nuevo cliente para ver las diferentes opciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"801\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.sutilweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Clientes-en-Prestashop-8-1-1024x801.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3371\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sutilweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Clientes-en-Prestashop-8-1-1024x801.png 1024w, https:\/\/sutilweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Clientes-en-Prestashop-8-1-300x235.png 300w, https:\/\/sutilweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Clientes-en-Prestashop-8-1-768x600.png 768w, https:\/\/sutilweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Clientes-en-Prestashop-8-1-1536x1201.png 1536w, https:\/\/sutilweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Clientes-en-Prestashop-8-1-1320x1032.png 1320w, https:\/\/sutilweb.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Clientes-en-Prestashop-8-1.png 1788w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen dos opciones de visualizaci\u00f3n del cliente, si hacemos clic en cualquiera de los campos del cliente, nos llevar\u00e1 a una p\u00e1gina con distintas fichas del cliente, es decir, una vista global resumida, con varios campos. Por el contrario si hacemos clic en la pesta\u00f1a <em><strong>Modificar<\/strong><\/em> lo que har\u00e1 ser\u00e1 que podremos modificar la ficha del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Direcciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la pesta\u00f1a <em><strong>Clientes <\/strong><\/em>encontramos la pesta\u00f1a <em><strong>Direcciones<\/strong><\/em> en la cual aparece un listado de todas las direcciones de todos los clientes, para poder editar y poder verlas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para gestionar nuestros clientes
